Ticket Give-Away Rules

No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Some restrictions apply. One qualifier per household. You need not be present to win.

The sweepstakes: From 02/09/2010 through 03/03/2010, Current Publishing and Carmel Community Players, Inc. will promote, by means of online registration the opportunity to submit entries to win a prizes as detailed below.  Print advertising may also be used to promote the sweepstakes beginning 02/09/2010 through 03/03/2010.

Eligibility: In order to submit entries, you must be at least 18 years old. Only one entry per household is allowed. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Current Publishing, Carmel Community Players, Inc. or any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the contest or supplying the prize, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months in one calendar year.

How to enter: (I) Complete and submit the secure online entry form on or before 03/03/2010, or (ii) include requested information by Current Publishing on a plain 8½" by 11" piece of paper. Entries must be mailed to Current Publishing Ticket Give-Away, c/o Carmel Community Players, 14299 Clay Terrace Blvd., Ste. 140, Carmel, IN 46032.  All sweepstakes entries become the property of Current Publishing & Carmel Community Players, Inc. and will not be returned and may be used by either entity for any purpose and in any media in perpetuity.  Entries are private and will not be shared with any third parties.

How to win: Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted weekly beginning Thursday, February 11th from all qualified entries until on or about March 4, 2010. In the event an original winner does not meet Official Rules or eligibility requirements, or he/she or parent or legal guardian forfeits the prize, Current In Carmel & Carmel Community Players will award a prize to first alternate. Process will continue until all prizes are awarded.

All entries must be received on or before 03/03/2010. The selection will be held weekly beginning 02/11/10. Decision of the judges and Current Publishing & Carmel Community Players is final. The winner swill be notified by phone and/or e-mail, posted on the Current Publishing websites and must meet all eligibility requirements.

By entering, each contestant agrees to be bound by the rules. Current In Carmel nor Carmel Community Players, Inc., its promotional agents and sweepstakes co-sponsors are not responsible for illegible, lost, delayed or misdirected mail, e-mail, errors in faxes or shipments, busy phone signals, or incomplete entries.

Weekly Prize: (Four) Weekly Winners will each receive a pair of Main Floor tickets to see An Evening with Ben Vereen at Carmel High School at 7pm, Sunday, March 7th, 2010.  Approximate value of each prize is $108.00.

Grand Prize: (One) Grand Prize winner(s) will each receive One pair of tickets to An Evening with Ben Vereen and two tickets to the VIP Meet & Greet reception with Ben Vereen following the March 7th performance.. Approximate total value of the grand prize is $500.

The Grand Prize is non-transferable. There may be no cash or other substitutions of prizes by winner.  Winners are  solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes with respect to entire prize.

Unforeseen Events: Current Publishing and Carmel Community Players, Inc. reserve the right to change this sweepstakes at their sole discretion at any time that they become aware of any circumstances or occurrence which would materially affect the sweepstakes security or fairness. Current Publishing and Carmel Community Players, Inc.  reserves the right to announce any sweepstakes rules changes over the air, in print or posters. Current Publishing and Carmel Community Players, Inc. is not responsible for the inability of the winner to accept the prize for any reason.
